The rooms had all the amenities I needed. Fresh beach towels were provided on request daily. Breakfast each day included a lovely selection of food. The pancakes made to order were great.
The reception staff did not smile. I am unsure if it was a language barrier as the hotel caters more to German speakers. The separate building, which contained selection rooms, was a five-minute walk away and not on the same complex. The restaurant and all activities were in the main building.

the hotel had very clean bedrooms, i was very happy! the food was awesome. it was tasty and even had freshly made pancakes! super friendly staffs. i loved every minute!!!
I found the air con either not working or freezing. you cannot self adjust or turn it off. We had issues with it! also, there was no room service. You cannot call reception it doesn't work. defensive staff members were not helpful at all. you even have to pay for slippers, which i thought was ridiculous.

Breakfast included a good selection with fresh fruit and hot items. The omelette station made fresh pancakes.
Air conditioning was a problem. It struggled to cool the room effectively. The sky pool did not match the pictures shown. There were only a few sunbeds and umbrellas. Some umbrellas broke and were not replaced.
